The Abbreviation Finder.

The Medical Abbreviation Database provides you with a searchable database of over 1300 Medical Abbreviations and their definitions. The database can be searched be Abbreviation or by Definition.  When you sart the Abbreviation Finder program the follwoing screen will be displayed:
 

You may display the Abbreviation Database in sequence by either "Abbreviation" or Definition by just clicking on the heading of the column you wish to use for sequencing. The column currently in use for sequencing will be shown colored in yellow. To search the database for a particular abbreviation or definition, click on the "Search" button on the toolbar at the bottom of the screen.
